Carrot Cake Bunnies

A cute design for Easter. I wanted to make these bunnies less ‘cartoony’. I tried to pipe a more realistic shape for more adult tastes since most kids I know don’t like carrot cake too much… since its called ‘carrot’ cake.
I started out with regular carrot cake cupcakes and frosted them with cream cheese frosting. I then tinted some more cream cheese frosting orange, pink, green, and black.
First, the grass, easy enough with a grass tip! Next, I used untinted frosting to pipe the bunnies. The pink inside the ears and the eyes finished off the bunny part. The carrots were the most fun to make!
If you use store bought cream cheese frosting out of a can you can add confectioners sugar to it to make it stiffer.
