Mint Angel Food Cake

A great cake for St. Patrick’s Day! I’m sure it would look very nice next to a glass of green beer.
First, I placed an angel food cake upside down on a cake board. Next, using mint flavored whipped topping (you can use Cool Whip and add mint extract and green food coloring.) I filled the hole in the center of the cake and iced the sides.
Next, I put dried chocolate cake crumbs along the sides and top of the cake and added fudge drizzle along the edges. You can never have enough chocolate drizzle on your cakes!
To finish: a swirl of icing with an Andes candy placed on top.
This cake is fast, easy, and looks yummy!

What glorious designs! I found your tree frog critter cupcakes. They’re perfect for what I’m trying to make, although the skill level’s above what I could possibly do. I think I might simplify them. You’re definitely going on my favorites list!
